journals and kids

lazchanWell... as you can see I took *shamelessly* from CP's idea with the journal picture on the side and decided to use it. ^^;; I think it looks cute! It took me awhile to get it like that--but I'm glad with the final result. ^^:; It went out on me a couple of times, but I think it's good now.
As for the kids... my 7-year old nephew blew my family away tonight while watching a movie. There was a part when they were showing a bunch of paintings. They pause on one and... out of the blue...Scott goes.. "Oh, that's Starry Night by Van Gogh." I about fell out of my seat... how early are they teaching him this stuff now?!
