journals and kids

Well... as you can see I took *shamelessly* from CP's idea with the journal picture on the side and decided to use it. ^^;; I think it looks cute! It took me awhile to get it like that--but I'm glad with the final result. ^^:; It went out on me a couple of times, but I think it's good now.

As for the kids... my 7-year old nephew blew my family away tonight while watching a movie. There was a part when they were showing a bunch of paintings. They pause on one and... out of the blue...Scott goes.. "Oh, that's Starry Night by Van Gogh." I about fell out of my seat... how early are they teaching him this stuff now?!

well--

school is starting for everyone... and Im here going.. "Why...? Why do I have to be stuck away from college and living at home?" *sighs* Just a bit depressed about that bit ... I know that alot of people moved into their dorm rooms or apartments this weekend.

Things are a little better cause I have a job at least. ^_^ Although their way over their payroll so I got sent home early yesterday. *groans* At least I got out of inventory today. ^_^ Big store. Glad no inventory for the poor worker who just started. I have to call in Monday morning to find out what time I start. *wrinkles nose*

There was my little rant for the night, though.
