I start doing actual work today, rather than the classroom training. Actually going to be calling people today. *eyes cross* Easy peasy... ne? Just a little anxious, I think. It shouldn't be too hard. They don't jump on you if you can't do everything right away. This is the phone training part. *g* Wish me luck!
