Date: 2007-10-05 11:58 pm (UTC)Kagome smacked his hand away, glaring at him with her hands on her hips. “You’re the one that wanted to come here,” she pointed out ruthlessly, “you’re the one that said “oh, he must have a piece of the shikon crystal, which must have been what he was waving about.”
He opened his mouth to reply, ears flattening slightly at the look Kagome was giving him. She’d lost all her arrows, Shippou was missing and Miroku and Sango were nowhere to be found; the last she had seen of them, the monk was having an argument with two door knockers.
“I’m tired and sick of this, Inuyasha. That…that weirdo in the outfit kidnapped me once and I’m not going to have someone who dresses in spandex try and ‘woo me away’ or whatever he’s trying to do. Let’s just get out of this stupid labyrinth and go back home.”
It was fine words until the floor dropped from beneath the two of them, into the oubliette. Sango and Miroku stared at them in shock, Miroku covered in dust and Sango looking angry muttering about ‘indecent, groping hands’.
“Fancy meeting you here…” Miroku smiled widely. “You wouldn’t happen to know the way out of here, would you?”
Kagome sighed and rested her head on her knees. And she thought her regular adventures were bad, this looked as if it were shaping up to be worse than the original…
“Last time I ever say something’s a piece of cake,” she muttered.

Date: 2007-10-06 01:56 am (UTC)Inuyasha thinking Jareth's crystals are related to the Shikon no Tama *snerk* And yes, the Goblin King reduced to a "weirdo in spandex" by the ever-level-headed Kagome. I'd almost feel bad for Sango being trapped in an oubliette with Miroku! And that last line...
I've missed reading your stuff. *huggles* Thankies so much! *goes off to post in her LJ to fulfill #3*
