Work was nuts this morning. Everyone got their teams shifted--I'm on a new team now--and they changed a lot of the process we have at work. Finally doing something that I think is a lot smarter. We now have a team that just takes calls, teams that just call out, and teams that do both. It's absolutely fabulous and a heck of a lot less stressful. You don't have to worry about two or three different things at once, you just deal with what is in front of you. We're also getting a new system--we're going to get used to it for the next week, and on Wed next week, we start it. It seems a lot different, somewhat easier, but I think that it will work fine. It's going to cut out a lot of time, that's for sure. ^_^ Yay! Less stress, less stress!
