Aug. 23rd, 2004 05:50 pmWell, started my new job today. There is an amazing amount of information, but since most is in form format, I think I can handle the updating, etc. I think it'll just be keeping up with contacts, writing stories, doing maps, etc. It's ALOT of work--I don't have any illusions about it being an 'easy' job. It's going to be demanding. I'll get more of a taste of what I'll be doing tomorrow. I think it's all pretty straightfoward. As long as I contact the people I need to for the byways I'll be working on, keep up with the emails, set goals for myself--I should be fine.
Today was mainly an overview, somewhat of a meeting--I've been out of it all day and a little sickish, so I hope I got the basic gist of it all. Like I said, it seems pretty standard. Just within that standard, there are a lot of inbetweens to do.
Not that I mind. I'm happy to have a good job, one that counts towards my major--
More later on this. ^^
