^^ comments and a quiz
Jan. 22nd, 2003 05:46 pmI had weird dreams last night... very odd, quite nice in some parts, but overall... *shrugs* It had to do with vampires...now, I can't remember if I was a vampire, but there was a cute guy vampire, and then this bitchy one that wanted to kill me and the cute guy vamp. We were escaping...
Also on weird parts of dreams... same night, different dream.. I was in my mom's old town--walking with friends. Only it was old fashioned and weird-ish. There was this fancy horsedrawn carriage that cost 98 cents. Yep, I remember the price on the side of the carriage thing. We went all around town and stopped at my Aunt's house, which was now next door to a cookie shop for some odd reason. A cookie shop that gave away free cookies (home baked, quite famous/delicious). My Aunt for some reason baked cookies... O.o (Note... this "cookie shop" was where my house used to be... )

Snow is about to fall soon... in this town! Whoa... it's an almost unheard of event here. *g* We're going to get snow... *dances around* Of course, it's going to seem small compared to what I came out of in Utah, but for here, it's tons, and I can't wait to see the white flakes falling. My little brother is happy too... he gets a 2 hour delay of school. *grins* I remember delays...
Still trying to get a job. But right now--it's near to impossible to get one. I live on a military base, one that is supplying a good 90% of the troops that are going to war. So... no business, no jobs. It's rather annoying and again... I hate this town. BLEH! I am trying to get back to Utah, but that's way up in the air, and with so many obstacles to go through to even get halfway there. The main one? Money.
Been watching anime lately... not much, just a few things here and there. The newest one I'm watching is called "Wolf's Rain" and it's done by Studio Bones. ^_^ It's brand new in Japan, has good characters.. and a wonderful storyline. I can't wait to find out what happens next in this anime. Ep 4 either just came out in Japan, or will be soon.
Right now, things aren't so good at home with the money situation. I can see myself straining my parents income day after day--and it's hard to realize that I can't help, or contribute to it. Right now it's dealing with food... so we're all cutting down on what we're eating--at least my sister and I are. We're not able to put any money forth, and it's killing me to realize that I'm being such a burden.
Right now I'm waiting for several packages in the mail--one from Andrea--one from Amber. One is my Miyu tapes... *glomps Andrea* No rush at all and no worries. And the other is my 'late' holiday gift from my friend. Something warm, a card, and something green... ^^;;;
That's enough from this end... I usually don't put this much in a LJ... *grins* But... it all came out, ne? *hugs to all that need a hug*
