(no subject)

Just random ramblings and rants...

*sighs* My birthday is the first of the topics--my birthday. I'm sure you've seen the posts where I'm all hyped up about it. Nah, wasn't a big dea. I didn't go anywhere (except to run errands for my mother) and didn't go anything special. Gifts (from family)included a card from my grandmother where she lectured me, and a can of pepsi + reese cup from my parents. They went all out. My mother said something about an I.O.U. for lunch/dinner, but we'll see. My sister is taking me out the 6th of Oct.

My friends were nicer in the gift department. Ashley sent me a Trigun tape. ^_^ LOVE! CP said she is sending me a CD with anime on it. *glomps CP* Ookami drew me the most kawaii picture. *dansu* My home friends gave me a cool card and $5. ^_^ I got wished Happy Birthday by several people. Even people I don't know. Wai!

My mother seems even more eager to want me out of the house, and I don't blame her. I'm being, quite frankly, a burden. I am not bringing in any money since my job set me up, and Im planning to go to college in January, but until then--it's hard on my family. I'm still trying for a new job.

Why can't I feel like I am doing something useful for once in my life?
