Frustrated.....

Well, Im frustrated, stressed, and ready to scream. All because of something I read in our college paper this morning. The state leg is planning to pass a bill that will screw up residency for the non resident students of Utah. I am currently an out of state resident. I cannot afford a year and a half more of out of state tuition for the college I'm attending. It's pricey, people. *sighs* Part of what they are trying to get signed is that you have to be a consistent resident of Utah state while achieving 60 credit hours. That's about 2 and a half years of college at a higher rate. I don't know what to do...
