lazchanI usually don't post too much about work, but this customer today just made me laugh, for the sheer.. ah...well, let's be kind and not say what was going through my mind. ^_^
For my job, I collect on payday loans, if people want extensions on the loans, etc. You can do it online, or on the phone. Well, I call this lady because her loan has returned. Normal, everyday thing. Well, she says she filled out an extension online. Has the receipt and everything. I tell her to fax it to me. I get the fax and I immediately see what's wrong. She didn't sign it. Okay.. no big deal, happens all the time. Sometimes they forget to sign it, sometimes they print off the thing before they sign it... etc. Well, I call her back and tell her what I got. Her response.. "I have to sign it? I didn't know I had to do that. I thought I just printed off the paper..." I was trying to hard not to laugh... yes, it may seem very simple to me, but when you see a "Borrower's Signature" box, and a "SUMBIT" button, doesn't that just say... "Sign here and click submit?" *giggles* So yeah, my priceless customer... how else are you going to get the extension?
